- MediYoga-Instructor Has at least 100 hours of education in anatomy and physiology and at least 120 hours of MediYoga training.
- MediYoga-Instructor Level 2 has at least 240 hours of MediYoga training.
- MediYoga-Therapist A certified MediYoga instructor with at least 950 hours of MediYoga training can become a MediYoga therapist.
